Our team of instructors, staff and volunteers are dedicated to giving our members amazing value in martial arts and beyond!

We believe in personal growth within our team and are always finding new, and better ways to equip every member of our team with new tools they need to help themselves and our members develop and grow.

Our instructor team are personally trained in martial arts and leadership skills by our head instructor.

Head Instructor and founder

Martin Lee

After teaching and competing in martial arts for many years, Martin decided to found Phoenix Martial Arts in 2017. After helping him to build many important skills in his life such as confidence and perseverance, Martin is now dedicated to helping others on their journey of growth and self discovery. With Phoenix Martial Arts, Martin is excited to bring you a modern brand of martial arts which include elements of Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Muay Thai and fitness as well as much more.

Jo Stevens

Jo brings a special something to our front of house team. His warm and welcoming attitude helps our members to become a community. Jo will always greet you with a smile on his face and presents an infectious positive energy.
