Martin (alongside fellow students) is welcoming and encouraging which creates an atmosphere where you feel comfortable to push yourself and learn. The balance between mental and physical challenge provided by kickboxing is addictive and quickly makes you want to train more and more! My 7 year-old has also started in the Fledgling class and is really enjoying himself.
